The space at Fire Phoenix Martial Arts in Corrimal offers a wide, open space of approximately 350 square meters. The space is used for Martial Arts classes in the afternoons and evenings, however is free in the daytime and would be suitable for Yoga and similar group exercise classes, or for playgroups or similar groups. The entire area is matted with high quality mats providing a place to work and play. There is also a spectator area which includes seating and tables, and seperate changing rooms for males and females.

There are 9 onsite parking spaces and plenty of on street parking

Interior and furnishing features

The interior is a wide open space covered with martial arts matting, and a spectator area with chairs and tables. There are also changing rooms - male and female. There is a range of Martial Arts and Parkour and obstacle course equipment, which can be hired by groups by negotiation.

Outdoor features

There is a car park which is paved, and there are grassed areas around the building. A creek runs through the property.
