The Exercise Room is a fully equipped studio and often hosts yoga and mat pilates. Its the perfect space to meet clients close to town (Wollongong City Central is a 2 min walk away) and take advantage of our fully equipped facilities - onsite cafe, parking and proximity to bus routes being just a few more of the appealing features of Gateway's location! Please inquire about our not-for-profit rates. After-hours bookings may incur a surcharge. Wifi is included.

About the organisation

Gateway Life is owned by Community Gateway, an organisation dedicated to providing aged care, disability support and home nursing to people in our community. Community Gateway places great importance on providing services and supports that promote wellness and are developed based on the idea that regardless of age, chronic illness or disability, people have the desire and ability to make gains in their physical, social, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. ​
