The Wellness Centre Studio 1, located in the Wollongong CBD, offers a spacious and beautiful studio with a polished hardwood timber floor, large windows, and air conditioning. We provide a holistic approach to well-being and offer a wide range of facilities to support various services. Our studio is a calm and peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. With four ballet bars for up to four dancers each, our studio is perfect for yoga, Pilates, mat exercises, dance, meditation, sound healing, breath work, pregnancy and childbirth workshops, art therapy, and events. Measuring 19.5 meters in length and 7 meters in width, our studio can accommodate a large number of participants. You can enter through our inviting foyer and relax in our tranquil environment.
